These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the pk365 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using pk365, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
You must be 18 or older and use the platform where it is legally permitted. One account per person.
All promotions carry published wagering requirements. Read full bonus terms before accepting any offer.
Funds must originate from verified accounts in your name. Withdrawal requests undergo standard KYC checks.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times.
Fraud, multi-accounting, collusion and abuse of promotions will result in account suspension and fund forfeiture.
Users are responsible for verifying that their use of pk365 complies with applicable local law, including in Pakistan.
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the registered user ("User", "you", "your"), and pk365 (hereinafter "pk365", "we", "us", "our", "the Operator"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino entertainment platform accessible at https://pk365.cam (the "Platform" or "Website").
1.2 By accessing, registering on or using any part of the pk365 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
1.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with the pk365 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
1.4 pk365 is an entertainment platform offering sports betting and casino products to eligible adult users in jurisdictions where such activities are not expressly prohibited. It is each user's responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform is lawful in their country, province or city of residence.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required under the laws of your jurisdiction or the Operator's license jurisdiction, to register an Account and participate in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement.
3.2 Jurisdictional Restriction. You must not register or use the Platform if doing so is prohibited, restricted or unlawful under the laws applicable to you. Users located in Pakistan are specifically advised that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable Pakistani legislation may restrict participation in online gambling. pk365 does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.
3.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual person may hold only one registered Account. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses or device profiles — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
3.4 Personal Use Only. Accounts are for the sole personal use of the registered Account holder. Corporate, group or shared Account registrations are not permitted.
4.1 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 KYC Obligation. pk365 is required to verify the identity of all registered users. You agree to cooperate fully and promptly with all KYC verification requests. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals or access to the Account.
4.3 Acceptable Identity Documents. KYC verification may require the submission of one or more of the following: a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport; proof of address dated within three months; payment method verification documentation; and/or a selfie or liveness check. Documents must be unaltered, clearly legible originals.
4.4 Secure Submission. Identity documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's designated secure HTTPS verification portal. pk365 will never request sensitive documents via unencrypted email, chat applications or any third-party channel.
4.5 Document Integrity. You must never submit altered, obscured, falsified or forged identity documents. Submission of fraudulent documentation constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.
5.1 Deposit Methods. pk365 may facilitate deposits through various methods that users are contextually familiar with, which may include bank transfers, mobile wallets and cryptocurrency. The availability of any specific deposit method (including those associated with Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or others) must be independently confirmed in the platform cashier. The mention of these payment references does not imply their endorsement of, affiliation with or support for pk365 or online gambling.
5.2 Source of Funds. All deposits must originate from payment accounts or instruments that are legally registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment methods is prohibited. pk365 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation as part of AML obligations.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Amounts are denominated in the currency applicable to your Account.
5.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete and satisfactory. pk365 reserves the right to apply processing windows consistent with AML and fraud-prevention procedures. Processing times are target estimates and are not guaranteed service levels.
5.5 Withdrawal to Original Method. Withdrawals will, where possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. pk365 reserves the right to apply the withdrawal method at its discretion where the original method is unavailable.
5.6 Currency. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee / Rs) is referenced in the Platform or in promotional materials, this is for contextual user familiarity only. The applicable account currency will be confirmed during registration. Exchange rates, where applicable, are determined at the time of transaction.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. pk365 reserves the right to decline, void or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, technical error, incorrect odds display or breach of applicable rules.
6.2 Odds Display. Odds are displayed in decimal format by default. The displayed odds represent the return per unit staked including the stake. pk365 does not guarantee the accuracy of live odds feeds and reserves the right to correct manifest errors.
6.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void where: the event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned; the odds were published in error; or the outcome cannot be determined within applicable settlement rules. Void bets will be refunded to the User's Balance.
6.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid change. pk365 accepts no liability for any delay between live events and odds updates. Bets accepted during a connection interruption remain valid unless voided under Clause 6.3.
6.5 Casino and RTP. Casino games are subject to Return to Player (RTP) percentages as specified per game. RTP figures are long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual player outcomes. Gambling does not guarantee income or profit.
6.6 Market-Specific Rules. Each sports market and casino product may be subject to additional specific rules, which are published within the relevant section of the Platform. Users are responsible for reading applicable market rules before placing a bet.
7.1 General. pk365 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, loyalty rewards and other promotional offers to eligible users. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn as Real Money. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying games and time limits are stated in the specific promotion's terms. Users should review these terms in full before accepting any bonus.
7.3 One Bonus Per User. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per eligible User, household, device, IP address or payment method.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, multi-accounting or collusion will constitute Bonus Abuse. pk365 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, withhold associated Winnings and suspend any Account found to be engaged in Bonus Abuse.
7.5 Modification and Withdrawal. pk365 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Modification does not affect bonuses already accepted prior to the change taking effect, except where required by applicable legal or regulatory obligation.
8.1 Users are prohibited from engaging in, facilitating or attempting any of the following on or through the Platform:
8.2 Breach of any provision in Clause 8.1 may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Balances (both Real Money and Bonus Funds), permanent ban from the Platform and, where legally required, reporting to relevant regulatory or law-enforcement authorities.
9.1 Operator-Initiated Closure. pk365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
9.2 User-Initiated Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the pk365 support team via the channels listed in Section 16. Account closure requests are subject to settlement of any outstanding bets and completion of any pending withdrawal verifications.
9.3 Self-Exclusion. Users who wish to restrict or end their participation for responsible-gambling reasons may apply for a self-exclusion period via the Responsible Gambling tools on the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and will restrict access across all pk365 products for the elected duration.
9.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has been inactive for a continuous period as specified in the Platform's dormancy policy may be subject to administrative fees or reduced to a zero balance in accordance with the published dormancy terms.
10.1 All content on the pk365 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, data feeds and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of pk365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of pk365.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk365 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including losses arising from: betting outcomes; system outages or technical interruptions; errors in odds or market data; unauthorised account access not caused by pk365's negligence; or your reliance on any information provided on the Platform.
11.2 pk365 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pk365's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
12.1 pk365 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling on the Platform must at all times be treated as a form of entertainment and not as a means of generating income, recovering losses or meeting financial obligations.
12.2 The following Responsible Gambling Tools are available to all registered users at no cost: deposit limits; loss limits; session time limits; reality check notifications; cooling-off periods; and self-exclusion. Details of how to apply each tool are available on the Responsible Gambling page.
12.3 If you believe you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, you should seek assistance from recognised responsible-gambling support resources available in the operator's license jurisdiction, or speak to a healthcare professional. pk365 support staff can also direct you to relevant support information.
12.4 pk365 does not permit gambling by minors. If pk365 suspects or discovers that a minor has registered an Account or placed a Bet, the Account will be immediately closed, all Winnings will be voided and the matter may be reported to applicable authorities.
13.1 The collection, use and processing of your personal data by pk365 is governed by the pk365 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acknowledgment of the Privacy Policy.
13.2 pk365 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance and platform improvement. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
13.3 You have the right to request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data held by pk365, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention obligations. Contact details for data-related requests are provided in Section 16.
14.1 pk365 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, pk365 will provide notice to registered users via email, in-platform notification or by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure.
14.3 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of the Terms is always the version published on this page.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its operating licence, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of applicable local law.
15.2 Informal Resolution. In the first instance, any dispute, complaint or claim arising from your use of the Platform should be directed to the pk365 support team via the contact details in Section 16. pk365 will endeavour to resolve complaints promptly, fairly and transparently.
15.3 Formal Dispute. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to arbitration or other formal dispute-resolution process in accordance with the rules applicable in the Operator's license jurisdiction. Users may also have recourse to applicable consumer protection mechanisms in their own jurisdiction.
15.4 For users in Pakistan: nothing in these Terms confers any right to gamble that is otherwise restricted or prohibited under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 or any other applicable Pakistani law. These Terms do not constitute legal advice and do not override applicable national or provincial legislation.
